How fast is the delivery after payment?

Most orders are approved within 5-15 minutes. After admin verification of your UTR & screenshot, your license key and downloads unlock instantly inside the dashboard.

Is one license valid for multiple devices?

No. 1 License Key = 1 Device Only. HWID is locked at activation. For device changes, contact support from your dashboard.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM). Pay to the displayed UPI ID or scan the QR code, then submit UTR + screenshot for verification.

What happens if the panel goes into maintenance?

Your subscription days are automatically paused during maintenance windows. Expiry extends so you never lose paid days.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are issued only if the panel cannot be delivered. Once a license key is generated, sales are final per our policy.

When is the shop open?

Shop hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST daily. Orders placed outside hours queue up and reopen automatically at 10:00 AM IST.
